We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team at Nestify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximising revenue for the company by implementing pricing and revenue management strategies for our properties across different locations. This could be your opportunity to join a high-growth start-up to build yourself and build the company simultaneously. You will be part of a team of onboarding specialists to onboard new properties that homeowners give us to manage.
Responsibilities (non-concluding):
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue for our holiday homes.
- Regularly analyse property performance and market trends to adjust pricing strategies.
- Coordinate pricing efforts with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimise revenue.
- Monitor and manage distribution channels to ensure rates are competitive and aligned with revenue goals.
- Prepare revenue performance reports and present analysis and recommendations to company stakeholders.
Requirements for the role:
- Well-spoken English, other languages are a plus!
- Minimum of 2 years of revenue management experience, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work under pressure being calm and composed
- Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
